We are a nonprofit organization that connects student athletes with nonprofits in need of volunteers.
There are more than 1 millionnonprofits in the United States, many desperately in need of volunteers. There are more than 7.7 million student athletes in the United States, more than enough to help fill the need.
We are the platform that connects the two.
What is our mission?
We want to use sports as a vehicle for positive social change by matching the resources of student athletes with the needs of existing nonprofits, where sports-learned values such as hard work, competitiveness, discipline, unity, and fun will help make nonprofits successful.
Why do we think this will work?
Participating in sports teaches student athletes important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, leadership, self-confidence, character development, fair play, acceptance and many, many more.
These skills help develop our future community leaders - did you know more than 80% of female executives played sports growing up, and 69% said sports helped them develop leadership skills that contributed to their professional success?
If we can instill altruism in student athletes early, well... that can change the world. Because right now, more than 75% of Americans haven't volunteered in more than three years.
